Occasionally spaces in co-owned collective residences become available to rent when a co-owner is away for an extended time. 

Double Up Sisters Membership can put you on the wait list  for available rental vacancies while you are waiting to own and receive immediate updates of availabilities. 

Rent is around $1,250 per month for a shared furnished bedroom and house and includes utilities, wifi, garbage, water, weekly maid service, plus bulk and group discounts on other items. 

Homes are walking or bicycle distance to public, transport, grocers and parks and some colleges and universities. 

Move In Deposit, First, and Last months and totals $3,750 to move in.
